1. Introduction

Growth Suite ("we", "us", "our") is a Shopify application that provides SEO tools, Google Indexing, Schema Markup, Translations, Bundles, Volume Discounts, and other marketing features. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our application.

2. Information We Collect

When you install Growth Suite, we collect:

Shop data: Your Shopify store domain, shop name, and access token required to operate the app
Product data: Product titles, descriptions, images, and metadata to provide SEO and marketing features
Order data: Order numbers and customer names (only when you manually add tracking numbers)
Settings data: Your configuration preferences within the app

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Growth Suite features (SEO optimization, schema generation, translations, etc.)
To submit URLs to Google Search Console on your behalf (Google Indexing feature)
To generate AI-powered SEO content using your store context
To display widgets (Bundles, FBT, Volume Discounts) on your storefront
To track shipments you manually add in the Shipment Tracker

4. Data Storage

All data is stored securely on our servers (EU region). We use PostgreSQL databases with encrypted connections. Access tokens are stored encrypted and used only to make Shopify API requests on your behalf.

5. Third-Party Services

Growth Suite integrates with the following third-party services:

Google APIs: For Google Indexing and Search Console features
OpenAI: For AI-powered SEO content generation and translations
InPost API: For live shipment tracking (Poland)
Nova Poshta API: For live shipment tracking (Ukraine)

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only send the minimum required data to each service.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your customers' data with third parties, except as described in Section 5 (required integrations) or as required by law.

7. GDPR Compliance

Growth Suite complies with GDPR. We provide mandatory webhooks for:

Customer data request (48-hour response)
Customer data deletion
Shop data deletion (upon app uninstall)

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as Growth Suite is installed on your store. When you uninstall the app, all your store data is deleted from our servers within 30 days.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure database connections, and regular security reviews. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Contact us at shopify@growthsuite.pl for any data-related requests.

11. Children's Privacy

Growth Suite is designed for Shopify merchants and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app interface or email. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
